This Workshop is by invitation only and designed for individuals currently serving as full-time, active General Counsel in the healthtech and digital health industries. Invitations are extended based on our most recent records, and eligibility is subject to change. If your role or company changes and no longer meets these criteria, we may need to adjust your participation.
This half-day workshop will bring together General Counsels from health tech companies to explore timely legal and regulatory issues shaping the industry. Topics that may be covered include the evolving liability landscape for AI-driven clinical tools, FDA oversight of digital health software and therapeutics, and challenges of navigating fragmented state laws on consumer health data. Additional potential topics to be discussed include structuring access to EMR data, shifting priorities at agencies such as CMS and the DEA, the balance between efficiency and compliance as AI moves into back-office operations, and how companies can responsibly embrace an “AI-driven” label without exposing themselves to regulatory risk. Designed for candid, peer-to-peer discussion, the workshop will emphasize practical strategies GCs can take back to their teams in an environment of constant change.
In addition to the workshop, attendees are invited to join an intimate dinner on the evening of November 18. The dinners will provide additional space to deepen relationships, exchange ideas, and build connections with fellow legal executives navigating the rapidly evolving digital health landscape.
